This page explains how to delete data associated with VotrexOne, including data obtained through connected Google/YouTube and Facebook/Meta accounts. If you have any questions, email [email protected].
When a Church disconnects a connected platform inside VotrexOne, the stored credentials for that platform are deleted right away:
Note: content you already chose to publish lives on your own YouTube channel or Facebook Page. Disconnecting VotrexOne does not delete posts from those platforms — remove those from the platform directly if desired.
To request deletion of an account or specific personal data stored in VotrexOne, email [email protected] from the address associated with the account, with the subject line "Data Deletion Request". Please include:
We will verify the request and complete deletion within 30 days, except where retention is required by law. Deletion removes the specified content, associated media files, and stored connected-account tokens from our systems.
In accordance with Meta Platform requirements, users who connected a Facebook Page may request deletion of the data VotrexOne obtained via Facebook by either using the in-app Disconnect action above (immediate) or by emailing [email protected]. Upon a verified request we delete the associated Facebook access token and any data derived from it.
If you submitted information to a church through a VotrexOne form and want it removed, contact that church directly, as they control their own records. You may also email us and we will assist the church in fulfilling the request.
